We deliver nationwide across Kenya, including major towns such as Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, and surrounding areas.
We partner with reputable logistics companies and dedicated riders to ensure safe and timely delivery of all flooring products.
Customers are encouraged to inspect their items upon delivery.
If there are any issues with product condition, quantity, or wrong items delivered, please inform us immediately.
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
No refund will be given on any products that are damaged during installation.
Products must be in unused condition and in their original packaging to qualify for returns or exchanges.
