We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery if you wish to return or exchange a product.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Note: Customized, cut-to-size, or specially ordered flooring and interior products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are delivered damaged or defective.
2) Non-returnable items include:
Customized, cut-to-size, or made-to-order flooring or interior materials. Opened paints, adhesives, sealants, finishes, or similar products. Clearance or sale items. Services such as installations, consultations, or design work have already been delivered. Customized or cut products may only be returned if damaged or defective upon delivery
3) Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective:
Notify us within 3-7 days of delivery.
Provide photos or videos of the damage or defect for assessment.
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation. Floor Bliss Kenya reserves the right to inspect and verify all claims of damage or defect before processing a resolution.
4) Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different color, size, or product:
Contact us within 3 -7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
Additional delivery costs may apply depending on the type of exchange.
5) Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped or processed, cancellations may not be guaranteed.
Customized or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
6) Returns Shipping + Return Address
To return a product, please contact our support team at +254 792 171 145 to schedule a pickup or drop-off.
You are responsible for return delivery costs unless the return is due to damage, defect, or an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable courier service for safe and reliable return delivery.
